If milter-greylist could also blacklist, it means there's one less 
milter people have to run.

Also, the blacklist milters i've run all seem to suck badly. 
milter-greylist supporting blacklists would be much better...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
