Milter-greylist

Hi,

I fixed some minor errors in the README file of milter-greylist-2.0b7,
see attached output from diff.

BTW, the sed command mentioned in the README:

  Run this command to produce a table of contents:
   sed '/^.====/{g;p;};h;d' README

doesn't work with Solaris' sed, seems like it needs GNU sed.
A minor issue, but maybe you could run the command and put
the result into README, instead of the command.
