I've seen this also.  If an entry is already whitelisted, then 
milter-greylist does not add any headers.  Can anyone confirm?
It'd be nice if it at least added some header to say it's whitelisted...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
