It is different, but I found it OK. Click on Tools > License Manager. From 
then on it's similar to the old version - input your product key and email 
it.

Another difference is that you now have to download packages (via Tools) for 
CPU and board support. I think this makes it easier for Rowley to support 
new devices and boards when they become available.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
