I am asking this here because I think most users will need to hear 
this. How do you get the licence for the new 1.6? 

1. I went to "help -> about" as usual to request a licence and nothing 
was there. 
2. The release notes said there is a new licencing scheme but doesn't 
say how
3. When trying to compile you get a red line saying a licence is 
required but it doesn't direct the user to what to do.
4. I searched the manual for the word "licence" and I found 
information on how to do it the old way but not for 1.6.

1.5 is still working fine
