Poly 800 Mk1 IC33

Poly 800 Mk1 IC33

2011-09-01 by cyllall

Hi Everyone,

I have a faulty IC33.
IC33 is a TC40H240 CMOS. Any reason why a 74** series equivalent won't work there?. I can't think of a reason unless the voltage is not 5v at that location. (can't test keyboard in bits).

Thanks
Martin

It would have to be a 74HC240.
