Steel Drums sound

Hello everyone. Doesw anybody listened Bob James's album "H" ( song "Snowbird fantasy"),or "Foxie" ? There he use OBX-a synth. and plays on it by "steel drum" sound.Can you advice,how to make sound like this ? Many Thanx.Alexandro.
