EX800 Ears

Hi friends, I have an EX800 without the ears that I want to rack mount. Does anyone know where I could source prefabricated ears? Or, does anyone have the precise dimensions of the originals? Otherwise, I'm going to have to go back to metal shop - again. Thanks, Mike
