Hi, Mike,

I know opinions on recapping can differ, so there's two times "maybe".  
In all cases it can't be a mistake to check how they look.

I have included PSU problem, because wrong voltages are often a  
possible source of wrong function, and electrolytic caps are first to  
be suspected. Not just my experience :-)
