Well, being a swede as well as having been around in the 70's I do recognize 
this.

You have to be aware though that the bands you see here are not the rock and 
pop bands of the 70's in Sweden. Their outfit was mostly nothing like this.
The bands you see here represents a different genre, named dansband 
(danceband). See the webaddress SvenskaDansband.se (SwedishDanceBands.se) on 
the pictures. They work in a very oldfashioned and conservative genre. The 
bands still mostly look like this. The genre is really huge in the country 
side in Sweden. And has been so for a long time. It's really boring 
listening to this music. As you can imagine it has absolutely nothing to do 
with todays dance music.

But the Poly 800 ruled...
