Like the business located in Montana referred to in this thread, those 
surplus stores in north america are often located in places far away 
from major cities because vast warehouse space is available cheaply 
there to store stuff that rarely sells.  So maybe if you go out deep in 
the jungle in Brazil, you'll find one?
