Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

Now that i got back internet at home, i can spend some time explaining 
the tiny problem i just got while doing this mod:

as you can say, it's asked to remove the two trimmer pots and to 
replace them by resistors of the very same values... my problem is 
that i'm not sure about which values you're talking about, the value 
written on the side of the trim pots? or the value you have to check 
using a ohm-meter?
Coz the problem is here, i suck at desoldering even more than at 
soldering, so i kind of "ruined" the trim pots :/

Any help would be welcomed!
