Korg Mono/Poly

I have a MP where someone did a very poor repair job on a keyboard (key contacts on keyboard PCB distroyed). Any suggestions about how I could repair/replace the keyboard. Thanks in advance.

Could you go in to more detail about the damage done to the PCB?  are the contacts scrathced away from the board or is the board cracked for instance?
