Korg Mono/Poly

Hello everybody,

as I promised last week I made most of the documentation on the 
modifications of my monopoly.

The topics in short:
* Disable the reset of key assign mode when switching to effects mode
* V-Trigger to S-Trigger Adapter for the Arpeggio Clock
* Disable clock-reset of arpeggio in internal clock-mode
* Extend the speed range for MG1
* Change the envelopes speed and characteristics
* VCO 4 as alternative modulation source for the modwheel for filter 
cross modulation (this one is still missing in the document, but already 
done in my MP).
