EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi,

I've had very strange behaviour in the EXS in Logic 6.0.
If I create new folders in my sampler instruments folder (in the 
Logic 6 folder), the EXS doesn't see any of them.
They're there alright, I can see 'm in the Finder.
Does this have to do with the ProjectManager? Folders I create 
from within the EXS editor are visible.

The folder I create is in the exact same folder as the rest is, so 
no aliases or anything.
Any suggestions?

As long as there is no exs file in that folder, the folder will not 
show up in the menu.

create your instrument with the editor, save it to your new folder 
then check the menu again.

That's right Hans. 
But if I put an alias to an EXS instrument in the new folder it 
should show up, or am I wrong..?
(Since using aliases to an entire SamplerInstruments folder 
does work flawlessly, I thought this should be working also...)

Beats me... I've just done massive restructuring of my samples and it 
all worked... aliases and all...

oh well.. it's late here... gonna go sleep
