EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi,
I'm asking to myself this case :
I bought a CD rom Akai from Spectrasonic of differents sounds...ok...
I play some short melody with those sounds and I want to sell my melodies in
akai format too...
Is it legal ????

No that's not permitted...it says so clearly on the outside of the packaging 
(Check this out) and in the license agreement that you aren't allowed to make 
other sample libraries by using our products. We have many customers that 
create music libraries using our sounds...but that is selling music, not 
isolated sounds. You can use always use our libraries to make music, but not 
to make derivitive works like sample libraries. 

Every company in the soundware business has the same policy BTW.
