You have to activate this from the "View" menu.
After that, on your zones, right at the bottom, two checkboxes will show up,
one for "ms", the other one for "Eqal Power".

Btw, any special reason you don't upgrade to LAWP 4.7?
Especially regarding the EXS file management there's huge improvements.
