No, it's not. My guess is that it simply takes the number of all 
available EXS instruments, divides that by 128, and takes the 
resulting number as the "step size".  So if you had some 12800 (128 x 
100) instruments, each parameter increment (+1) would step to the 
current program + 100

Yes, true...  And it's curious to notice thgat you can reach 
parameters that normally aren't present in the flip menu.  I'm still 
wondering how useful that is though...
