However I think I will probably buy the future releases from > www.ilio.com/ since they have great customer service. I have been thoroughly satisfied with all interactions w/ Ilio & Spectrasonics. My initial dealings with them were with their introduction of RetroFunk GC -on the then, newly released EXS24- and there were problems (not of their doing, I might add) that they were not aware of ( I think to do with variations in public/developer versions at the time). Bottom line is they were *very* quick to respond to as well as very good at keeping me updated on progress of the situation. I sometimes feel as though I sound like a broken record, but while we often hear so much negative around bad experiences with different companies, the good experiences (that so often are the norm) can easily get overlooked . I would not hesitate to recommend them. Regards, Shane -- Shane Fawkes, Director of Music, Walnut Grove Secondary School, Langley, B.C. Canada sfawkes@... sfawkes@...
