EXS seems to use the sample files simply as placeholders, and uses very little out of them - channels, sample rate, and sizes. So if the file is referred to by the EXS file, I think EXS is smart enough to identify the majors: AIFF, .wav, SD 1 and 2, SFIL. Doesn't the CD work for Win? Garth Hjelte Sampler User
