Well, Eric has a good point that a coherent sample library is probably of more consistent quality and is cheaper overall, but sometimes you just need a "one off" sample for something -- kind of like downloading a single image from the net because you don't really need or want an entire image library. I think it depends on what you do and how you work, and I'm glad that both options are being extended.
