Errr... That is information is only there if somebody put it there. Like: I make a EXS24 patch of some homemade samples, I set the KeyNote/Base Note/etc ; and keyrange. Suppose it works out nice, sooner or later I'll want to use it in some other sampler. Since EXS24 doesn't have any export option, I'll have to make the whole thing again.

No offense, but I guess you never make samplerpatches yourself.

Suppose: The Key-Note of a sample, MySample is placed in the Zone at G3. The name could be changed to MySample G3.aif, which would be a great help converting by hand to another Samplers format. And Reason can auto map samples according to there names

I mean the the Key where the sample with be played at original pitch. FYI it's called pretty different :
SoundHack: Base Note. Peak : Root Key. Logic: Key Note
