It's not completely obvious, you need to make sure you have "select by" enabled in the EXS editor View menu. Here you define which note activates which group. The other keyswitching download I have is for activating a plugin bypass. This is done in the environment. It's easy to make a note on activate bypass on, but the subsequent note off deactivates it, which is not so useful. I have set this up so that aone note activates the bypass, the note off does nothing and a different npote deactivates the bypass. Much more useful.
