Missed the start of this, but just went through the same thing myself when I upgraded to a new machine. The EXS will pull over the audio files okay, but not the .exs mappings, which is required to actually use the groove control function. I haven't used CDxtract, but Translator deals with easily. BTW, for each (set of) files, there are 2 different mappings, a -GC version and a non-GC version. If you just ask the program to convert the whole disc, you'll end up with double the number of .exs files (ie: Sookie 1, and Sookie 1 -GC), considering there are anywhere from 4-10 .exs mappings for each collection for groove, that will create a whole lot of extra files.
