Yasu, there a couple of things you can do.

\ufffd  Hit the 'Panic'.  This is in the far upper right
corner of your Transport window, where you will see
written "No In/No Out".  When you press this it should
turn the stuck notes off.  If not the first time do it
again.

\ufffd  You can also go into your Event window and scroll
down to the problem bars/beats.  There will most
likely be a Control message 64\ufffdsustain.  Control 64
will have either a 0 (zero) setting at Value for
'Off', and 127 for 'On'.  You can delete or insert
them where you want them.

\ufffd  If you use the Event Window, check each track
individually to find the culprit, unless you already
know.
