Aux objects are no instrument-like objects (in Cubase things are treated a
bit differently as you can at least play multitimbral instruments on their
appropriate tracks in your project window).
So, in case you want your sequences on separate tracks in your arrange, just
duplicate the main EXS instrument track and place them on there. You may
want to use the trackname function to give them appropriate names.

That's normal.
In case you want the snare sequence to loop as well you will have to either
merge it with the kick sequence or place it on another track using the same
instrument.
Looped sequences can only loop one sequence, not a bunch of them placed on
top of each other - and maybe that's just clever because in the middle of a
multiple-sequence-looped part your visual orientation would just get lost.
In case you want to treat different sequences as one part that you can loop,
pack them into a folder, then drag the resulting file onto the EXS track in
question (you can even delete the folder track after that).
