New Web Site at DS Soundware

I have spent the past several days with my "web designer" hat on changing every page 
on the site.  It is a lot less flashy (literally) than it was but I think it navigates a lot 
easier now.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
