Don't forget that the Crossfade Amount parameter is a global parameter. In
the following example, there are 2 sets of samples (P, MP and F) and we want
to be able to crossfade between these two sets using the modwheel. So we
increase the Crossfade Amount value, but unfortunately the crossfade will
also affect the velocity sample select. So instead of a clean velocity
switch, we will get a velocity crossfade between P, MP and F.
