i imagine they are fairly off the shelf parts in the us, usually you can take on to the hardware store and find a matching size and thread...
i've had trouble with Japanese synths and some European stuffs as they have different standards.
are you in the us? i usually find that any 'real' hardware store with a comprehensive parts section should do it!

Hi Nick, Thanks for the reply, I,m in Australia so I will require a metric size like m5? (Just an example) thought some folks stateside may have had to change them. But yeah I,ll just take one into the local fasteners outlet....hang on...I work in a machine shop! hmmm....
