Hey mike and the rest of this group :))

I have aquired a good condition eml 101
several weeks ago,

I LOVE the oscillator's and modulator
and lfo's and other function's, the filter is just OK.

I have also a question to mike or anybody else :

i opened my eml 101 and there was one 10 k resistor with plasic
cover that has been fallen of the electronics of the board, can anybody
look at it's eml 101 where these resistor's of 10 k with plastic cover
normally or placed and if possible take a pic of the places so i can
solder it back to the boards,i think it's a connection with the patchpoints
above but i'm not shure,

thanx,

arpguy (also eml)

Cool EML demo record on line.

2001-11-19 by Mike B (digiboy)

Joseph Rivers of the Audio Playground has a page at his keyboard museum
website where you can hear a promotional demo record that EML put out back
in the day. It was one of those thin plastic sheets that usually came
stapled inside a magazine, you would tear it out and scotch tape it to an
old 45. Probably from Keyboard Magazine or one of those. It's really
fun and his graphic of a turntable with the tonearm is a hoot. There's a
bunch of other demos there too. I'm going to stick the link in the
EMLsynth bookmarks section.
http://www.keyboardmuseum.com/soundsheet/soundsheet.html

It's 11MB so if you don't have broadband better fire up your browser and
then go watch Blind Date or something. You'll need the shockwave flash
plug-in. (he's got a link posted there to get it if you need it)

go listen!

regards,

Mike B

Oh yeah, that was an Evatone soundsheet that they put out as a demo
back in around 1976. It was included in info packs (back in the pre-
Web days when we used to actually write letters to companies
requesting product info).

Unfortunately, I'd lent mine to an acquaintance who never returned it.
