CV to MIDI for 101 Advice?

CV to MIDI for 101 Advice?

2003-01-01 by rschwim295@aol.com

Hello--
Anybody have any advice for a good CV to MIDI for a 101 that takes the
duophonic function into account? Will a Kenton Pro Solo work or ignore the
second voice?

Thanks,
Rob Schwimmer

JKJ Electronics is another line to consider.
If Kyle Jarger is still in the business he can customize his converters
for use with EML gear. I don't know much about the Kenton.

Mike,

Your BEST bet is to go to PAIA. they have a kit that
is configurable to work either way. If the EML is 1
volt/octave, great. If it is hz/octave you will have
to spend another $15 for the adapter kit. This unit
can be configured in MANY ways and will give you the
flexibility you need to do multiple setups with your
unit, All for $130 unless you need the hz/octave
conversion. then your looking at $150. Then all you
need is a soldering iron and a couple afternoons.

mike,

Don't know what's going on here. Did you get my
message about PAIA?
