Eml synthesizers

Hi everyone, 

My EML 101 needs the 5 position OSC1 Waveform Switch and the 3 position OSC3 Control Mode switch replaced. 

To be honest, I'm terrible with switch terminology -- based on what I see inside, do I need a 5PST switch and a 3PST switch? 

Would someone here be kind enough to point me in the direction where I could find replacements?
