I managed to find a handful of genuine A-B centre-tapped pots (various values) at a local surplus store – grabbed them all! I used to search the surplus stores out here in NCal for these but only got lucky that one time.
I have come up with some NOS PCB layout pots that have a fourth leg at the right place for the center-tap (I was jumping for joy that it might be a real tapped pot until I looked closely). It would make fabricating your own a bit easier so I bought a handful. Halted (hsc.com) in Sunnyvale still had some in a bin last time I was there. They’re 50k lin but should work in many applications. The micromoog also uses a couple of tapped pots iirc.
Don’t rule out opening the pots up a cleaning them out. They are “sealed” types on the 101 so they may have not been through repeated “cleaning” attempts. I found that some almost completely dead pots on my 101 came out fine. Carefully pop a couple of the tabs and flush with cleaner and lube.
Good Luck!

I've never found them anywhere. On the last
two 101s I repaired, I ended up making my own (getting hold of standard 10k
linear pots, taking them apart, and using conductive epoxy to cement a
center tap to the conductive element. It takes some practice, but it is
do-able.).
