Does anyone here know the best way to clean and lubricate EML-400 sliders?
They're Stackpole 5k Lin and 50k Lin. I think they used the same ones in
the EML-500.
They used a product called "rose oil" at the EML factory which was
recommended by the slide pot manufacturer. Anyone know about this stuff? I
haven't been able to find a source for it. Googling "rose oil" results in
lots of pages about what looks like a totally unrelated product.
Someone recommended using regular petroleum jelly for lube but I don't know
if that would be a good idea.
Someone else recommended using Archer contact cleaner from Radio shack but I
wouldn't.
