ok, i'm using the keyboard, first of all.
the problem is that, no matter WHERE i set the coarse adjustment(less
than 12, more than 12, right on 12 notes per octave) it still will
not play a full octave. it's playing more than 12 tones/octave, so
the internal calibration is obviously off. it will come close--very
close, if i have the coarse all the way counterclockwise and the fine
clockwise.
the oscillator adjustments don't affect this. there should be,
somewhere on board 1, a scale trim pot. if there isn't, i assume i'll
have to make the adjustment with a resistor change or something, but
i don't have any of the correct info since the schematics for board 1
are different between the serial #s.
if you have any more ideas please let me know.
