Led replacement for emax 1 & 2

Hi guys can anyone direct me to buy replcement led's preferably the ones with a black background with white text.
I want to source my own displays and simply pay a tech for the labour to fit them.

as seen in this video by ted, i dont think i will be able to desolder and resolder these, so if theres a tech that can quote me on how much it will cost to replace the displays from my emax's it would be appreciated.
Also to future proof it has any one soldered headers to the motherboard and simply slot in the new displays?
To save on shipping costs etc i will simply pull the front board from my own units so the tech must have there own emax 1/2 to test the displays to see if there working.
Im located in london so please just send me a quote.
