Emax

I bought the two s900 mellotron floppy disks off kidnepro and they nail it.
Strings were good.  The mellotron choirs don't stand up to time well.  The
s-900 disk works in an s1100, a dp-x1 and a k2000, haven't tried the emax
yet.

I use it more that  the sampletron software.  I rarely buy sample disks but
I use that one alot.  Don't know what the freeware is like.

You can make if from the factory Disks. The  Choir, the Flute and the 
Strings disks.
Chose some of the samples.
Use a a lot of Filter Fq , and some vel filter attack.

Thanks for the ideas.. but how can i deal with a 20 mb sample into a 500 kb emax´s memory....should i resample to a more light format????

you can loop it quite fast after the beginning of the sample (2 to 3 s).
plus it's 44.1 k 16bit, so putting it down to 22K 12bit should make it
small to get a few samples on the 500kb (one sample with editing should be
in the 100kb max)
