Hello dear fellows Emax Users

I recently bought a fantastic Emax, HD SE and was wondering if some of
yours could tell me where i could get the old Sound Designer for Emax
(1.12) editor ?

have you got a mac nubus slot with a audiomedia 2 dsp card if not then use alchemy as the sound designer uses the dsp card as a dongle and wont work with out

If it is Sound designer universal, or Sound designer for the Emax. Then no audiomedia card is required.
Good luck finding a copy though. They're very rear. Alchemy is defiantly the way to go.

I used it on a Pc don't know if its a dual disc.
Its a 8 track Audio recording software, not that advanced I never used the 
software.
But the card runs on both Pc and Mac

Actually Session 8 PC software is for Session 8 hardware. Audiomedia III ran with Sessions software.
Then Pro tools LE software later.

oh yes remember it now. thanks for pointing it out.
Have the disk stove'd away somewhere. But it not an interesting software 
anyhow..
The hardware have som good converters even by todays standards.
But Its Not a Low Ltency card, it could only do 8 tracks in Cubase sx, 
which i also have.

I have Sound Designer Universal, both original floppies in Original box, doesn't work with My Emax 2, dunno if it does with Emax SE.  But may be selling if I don't get some help with a recent post about trying to get my Mac se, Emax 2, and a working copy of Alchemy and Sound Designer.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
