Kurt- If you don't have SCSI, you won't be able to use any kind of SD or CF or anything like that. Group---- As to the Slim floppy- I haven't had any luck with the MPF820 Slim floppy yet. But I do have my emax apart. On the Sony MPF920-1 floppy drive you remove the bottom cover, and move JC31 to JC30. This will make the standard Floppy work in the emax. Sony MPF920 is about $8 at newegg.com Keeping in mind this is a surface mount device (actually a jumper). I have a static safe solder station. Using a regular soldering iron could damage the floppy controller IC..... and I have years of experience soldering. The $8.95 solder iron bought at radio shack may not do the trick....and may ruin the drive. Also note that you will have a gap in front of emax (I made a bracket....) YMMV Regards, Ted
