Emax

Recently I bought a Emu emax1 and I have a problem with the input sampler, it is not detecting input signal and (of course) no record... any clue of what is happening??

Did you go through the manuals / guides and do:
calibration 
Emax Clinic
Diagnostics 

Is that the only feature not working, or perhaps more than that?

You might not have the threshold level set low enough to detect a signal
on the emax II its choice number 5 on the sample menu
also there is a gain choice #1 and an arm sample, force sample choice

these should be all the choices involved in recording a sample
