my emax rack is SE non HD, where do i get the power from for the CF reader?

Tap off the floppy.
You can get a pre-made Y splitter that goes from floppy connection to a HD and a Floppy or 2x floppy.
Just have to do some searching…..
or solder one in.
Just don't go by COLORS of wire- go by pin position.
Use PC power supply cabling as example for pin positions…..
GRN on EMax is Black (Ground)
Yellow (+5) on Emax is RED in PC harnesses
Orange (+12) on Emax is YELLOW in PC harnesses.
