try the fuse in the psu first
is it set to the correct voltage on your unit 110 usa 220-240 europe japan cyprus australia
theres a switch on the back to change for the correct voltage for your area
unless its a switchmode psu and it will do it automatically
thats the first palce to look then make sure that the power cables are connected correctly
is the screen board cable connected if its not or loose you will get no display at all which will make it look dead
are you getting the power light on the floppy drive

Subject: [emax] Emax HD rack unit DOA
So, after reaching out on the forums I found an SE HD rack that was sold to me for a completely reasonable price. I was elated when it showed up today, then my spirits sank when I went to power it on and nothing happened.
I tried several outlets and swapping out the cable to no avail.
Any suggestions?
Joel
