Can anybody help me with custom sample making for TurboSynth?

I work within the WAV format and I want to progress them through Turbosynth. 
I have tried to use different converters, but to no prevail. 
Considering that Turbosynth works with Sound Designer 1 format samples, I tried to look for the sound designer program by Digidesign, but there's nothing online.

Any help is much appreciated,
