So are you on a Mac classic? or are you saying you you are on classic OS 6.0,7?

I'm trying to use Turbosynth 2.0 on a Mac Classic OS 6.0.7 with an Emax SE 1.1 via RS-422 and all I get from Turbosynth is a message that there is a communication problem. Is anyone else using Turbosynth with an Emax and what is your secret to getting it to communicate? I used the information on emulatorarchive. com to wire my own RS-422 to Mac Serial cable, and I double checked the wiring to make sure the signal is wired as described and is passing through the cable.
