Re: Is the Emax I supposed to distort heavily when the input level is too high?

Well, I took it down to like +4db and got distortion on the first go round but then I tried it again at the same level and it came out fine. Weird.

Is there anyway to listen to the input signal when sampling? I haven't found anything in the manual to indicate this is possible. The distortion that I reported was only after I had already recorded the signal and was playing it back.

Thanks.
