I bought an adapter like the one you just linked to, to try to use in an ATAPI system as a removable drive. (mpc2000xl) it did not work. but maybe it will work with that drive enclosure.. no idea. pretty sure that no matter if it works or not though, it will NOT be hot-swappable.
