Sorry, I forgot about this key piece of information: I think the Plus OS expects to see a device at ID 0. Do you have a SCSI drive you can put on the chain at ID#0? It's been a year or so since I was experimenting with the external ZIP and I think I was only able to get my Emax to read/write to external ZIPs with a hard drive on the chain at ID#0.
