Re: [emax] Re: EMAX SE boot disk

2007-07-02 by mike stanton

the whole point of asking for a boot disk without
sounds on it is to make the people at the pawnshop
think the EMAX is not working right. I'm trying to get
this thing as cheap as possible (no way in HELL would
I pay $700). I've dealt with this shop before (I
bought a perfect Korg DW-8000 from them for $25. They
thought it was broke because the write to tape switch
was on and it wouldn't make a sound. I'm not stupid or
naive, I know what I'm doing. I just don't have a way
to make and test a boot disk that doesn't make any
sound. People keep saying "....$700 for and EMAX, no
way...blah, blah blah..." I know this. What I am
trying to do is get it for $25-$50.
