Hello,

Today I replaced the internal 20MB Miniscribe HD with a 1GB Seagate but in order for my 
EMAX to boot off this HD I had to set the SCSI ID to 0.  With the EMAX Plus OS I am able to 
select a different SCSI ID when the sampler is booted however from a cold boot it always 
returns to 0. Is this normal? If so , how could you boot from an external zip drive if the only 
ID's offered on those drives are 5 or 6? I need to hammer this out before I decide to hack an 
external SCSI connector into the back of the machine.
