No way on the trade, keep the SH-101.

Yeah the clock in/outs can be synced if you are using the emax's sequencer.  You're looking for the ARP or SEQ clock in on the 101.

Sample the 101 into the emax a lot, you'll get a lot of milage out of both.

I hate the ms-2000, you'll be able to get one foe 150 in a year or so, the 101 will always command a higher price.

  well yeah no midi for sh but it has some strange pre-midi connctions like 
  "cv" an "clock" and since the emaz 2 has a clock in and out connections 
  maybe it can be dont in a way...any help would be great...also aguy offeres 
  me a korg ms2000 for dierct trade with the sh you think its worth it ?
